If you have several people accessing your computer you may want to prevent your recently opened documents from showing up in the start menu. Here’s how.

1. Right click the Start button.
2. Choose properties.
3. In the Start menu tab choose Customize.
4. In the Advanced tab uncheck List my most recently opened documents. then click Ok twice.
