If you have several people accessing your computer you may want to prevent your recently opened documents from showing up in the start menu. Here’s how.
- Right click the Start button.
- Choose properties.
- In the Start menu tab choose Customize.
- In the Advanced tab uncheck List my most recently opened documents. then click Ok twice.
