Google Labs has now released the long awaited Offline viewing option for its famous Email client Gmail. So now you can sync your mail and read it offline if you wish. It does require you to install Google Gears found here. and it will only sync you newest 10,000 messages but that should be enough for most people.� Then its pretty easy to enable the offline settings. It works in Internet Explorer and Firefox, but if you set it up on Firefox the decide to switch to IE you will need to perforn the install again and vise versa.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everybody. I’m looking forward to an busy and exciting 2009. Hopefully our economy will turn the corner and everyone that has had troubles last year will see improvements in their lives.

Here at KevinsCrate I have a new blog design taking shape and hopefully it will be going live soon. The end of 2008 was a very busy time at my day job trying to get all our projects finished and it kept me from working on my blogs as much as I would have liked. So with 2009 rolling in look for a lot more activity on the blog, I have a few ideas I’m going to try and if you�would like to see anything new just let me know.
